XYHL type fire high-temperature smoke exhaust, low noise, energy-saving, mixed flow ventilation fan is a new type of fan between axial flow and centrifugal ventilation fans. It can not only provide ventilation and air exchange, but also play a dual role in high-temperature smoke exhaust. It is suitable for fire supporting facilities such as underground tunnels, underground shopping malls, and underground warehouses, and is highly selected by design institutes and users.

Structural characteristics of wind turbines
The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet collector, guide vanes, electric motor and other components. The impeller adopts six twisted wing shaped blades with meridian acceleration characteristics welded on the wheel shell. After dynamic balance inspection and overspeed test, it has good aerodynamic performance.


The casing adopts a cylindrical shape and is connected as a whole with a soundproof fan. The outlet is equipped with flow deflectors, which have good airflow distribution and stable pressure.


XYHL type fan is designed with secondary air intake to reduce the ambient temperature of the motor.

1、 The purpose of the fan
HL3-2A mixed flow ventilation fan is used for ventilation and air exchange; The XYHL type high-temperature smoke exhaust mixed flow ventilation fan can be used for both high-temperature smoke exhaust and ventilation. The usage conditions are as follows:
1. Application: HL3-2A type is used for ventilation and air exchange in air conditioning projects such as refrigeration, air conditioning, textiles, ships, and civil buildings. XYHL type is used for high-temperature smoke exhaust in tunnels, underground garages, metallurgy, etc. In the event of a fire, it can quickly exhaust smoke and cool down, assisting firefighters in entering the disaster area to extinguish the fire in a timely manner. It is an essential facility for fire safety.
2. Types of conveying bodies: Air and other unnatural, harmless, non corrosive gases. In special environments, explosion-proof mixed flow fans can be used.
3. Impurities in gas: There should be no viscous substances in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained should not exceed 150mg/m3.
4. Gas temperature: The gas temperature of HL3-2A ventilation fan shall not exceed 80 ℃, and the working temperature of XYHL ventilation fan gas shall be 280 ℃.
Installation and use of fans
5. When installing the fan, a comprehensive inspection of all components should be carried out to ensure that the parts are complete and the connections between each component are secure.
6. When installing the fan, attention should be paid to maintaining the horizontal position of the fan. The joint surface between the fan and the foundation, as well as the connection of the air outlet duct, should be adjusted to fit naturally. There should be no forced connection, and the weight of the duct should not be added to the components of the fan.
7. If any abnormal phenomena such as severe vibration or impact are found during the operation of the fan, it must be stopped immediately for inspection.
8. There are two forms of XYHL fans, one is secondary air intake with natural air, and the other is air supply through fresh air ducts.
9. Wind turbines should be equipped with rain protection measures when used outdoors.
10. Regularly remove impurities such as dust and dirt inside the fan, and prevent rusting.
